RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To guarantee a reservation, customers must provide their credit card number. The reservation is not confirmed until the customer receives confirmation from Olivarius Apart’Hotels.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Changes to reservations are not confirmed until the customer receives confirmation as such from Olivarius Apart’Hotels. Requests for changes to reservations may require the same terms as the cancellation policy. In
cases of force majeure or in exceptional circumstances, the hotel
reserves the right to transfer customers to another local hotel of
equivalent category, with no change to the bill.
CANCELLATIONS
The deadline for cancellation at no cost is 2 days before the arrival date (48 hours). -
For cancellations less than 2 days before arrival, 1 night will be
debited from the credit card supplied at the time of reservation. - For deposits paid, whatever the date of cancellation, the deposit shall not be reimbursed. Cancellation must be made by writing and is only confirmed when the customer receives confirmation from Olivarius Apart’Hotels
ADMISSIONS POLICY
Presentation of a valid credit card in the lead guest’s name.
Presentation of lead guest’s identification document.
Mandatory deposit by pre-authorisation on the main guest’s credit
card for €500 (for arrivals on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.)
ANIMALS
Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted inside the building. Small
pets are accepted, but we ask for a deposit by pre-authorisation on the
lead guest’s credit card for €500 and the vaccination certificates for
the animal, where applicable. Olivarius Apart’Hotels reserves the
right to refuse access to animals upon arrival, upon inspection in
person. If this occurs, and the reservation is consequently cancelled,
the cancellation policy does not apply and no charge will be billed.
